Hi, I’m Corissa! I’m a relationship-driven business development leader who believes growth doesn’t come from more meetings, it comes from the right conversations, at the right time, with the right people.
My career has been built around one core skill: earning trust and turning it into momentum. I work best in rooms where decisions matter, relationships are long-term, and execution can’t fall apart after the handshake.

As a true connector at heart I genuinely enjoy people. I’m curious, observant, and deeply interested in how others think, build, and grow. Outside of work I love to golf and believe that low stakes, shared experiences drive more value in business relationships than a 30 minute zoom ever will.

The Executives Cup | In 2023 I founded and scaled an exclusive executive-only golf series that facilitated multi-million-dollar deals and built a sustainable ecosystem of high-level business connections. I've personally managed relationships, partnerships, sponsors, and experience design. Through this, there have been multiple multi-million-dollar deals directly credited to the connections made at our events, with groups citing the tournament series as the catalyst for successful transactions. Sharing Corporate & Relationship Advice | In 2025 in my down time I started to share content online thats focused on corporate advice, mentorship, and all the things I wish someone told me when I was 20 and just starting out. After years of cheering on my friends and colleagues, pushing others to believe in themselves, and being told countless times I "should just be a career coach" I decided to do what I can to give back and share what I've learned over the years. My content touches on career moves, business development and relationship advice, how to better communicate, advocating for yourself, work appropriate styling, and other general corporate tips. It’s practical, experience-driven, and built for people who want to operate at a higher level.
Golf & Connection | Golf is my favorite business development tool. It creates space for real conversations, long-term trust, and organic opportunity, which is why it sits at the center of the Executives Cup. After 4 hours of golfing you'll know if you want to do business with that person, you see them at their highs and lows, how they think, speak, and act under pressure, and even how they act when everything is going wrong. Its a pressure test of who they are at their core and it will save you countless hours of zoom meetings trying to get to know the person across the screen from you.
Personal Development | Growth isn’t something I separate from my work, and outside of my professional roles I’m deeply committed to personal development. You can find me daily with a book in hand, reading, learning, reflecting, and setting often new goals as a way to become a better, more self-aware version of myself. I invest time in expanding my perspective, sharpening how I think, and improving how I show up in my relationships and work. I believe that education and learning shouldn't stop when you graduate, its a lifelong commitment to becoming better.
